Mix multiple RSS feeds in one.

With RSSmix you can combine any number of RSS feeds in one new unique feed. It’s a very useful tool if you want to publish feeds.

I used it on a page where I wanted to publish a related feed but I only found 4-5 feeds that weren’t updated too often. With RSSmix I got all of them in one feed and published it. The new feed got updated more often, so what I published looked better with more frequent updates.

I haven’t used them personally so I don’t know how good they are, but if you give them a spin don’t forget to leave a comment here. See? You don’t have to shell out thousands of dollars to cloak a couple pages.

The first one is SmE Cloak Page Lite. Here is an example page, hit refresh to see the links change. If you click a link it changes the small text above the links to include the keywords in the links anchor text.
It doesn’t look half bad for a free script but I don’t think it can compare to commercial scripts’ features. Might be worth to give it a try on some throw away domain.

It uses an IP database to correctly detect search engine bots, just like other more expensive cloaking tools. What I like about it is it’s templates system, here is a quote from their site demonstrating an example: (more…)
