WebDeveloper and other Firefox extensions
If you are not using Firefox extensions, you are stupid.
If you are not even using Firefox, you are beyond stupid.
SEO/Webmaster
WebDeveloper is awesome.
I like the latest feature that highlights nofollow links.
Shows the IP of the current site. Includes a nice menu to search for that IP in various services.
General
Make it go faster.
Create free disposable email addresses and paste them directly in forms.
Useful for downloading flash and other embedded objects.
No more annoying flash. If you want to see it, just click on it.
Convert text to L337, ROT13, BASE64, HEX, URL, BIN, DES and more.

You can also add
a[rel~="nofollow"] {
border: thin dashed firebrick ! important;
background-color: rgb(255, 200, 200) ! important;
}
to userContent.css in the chrome directory to get highlighted nofollows.

Some other favorites of mine include:
IE Tab
Let’s you open a tab running IE. Great for checking your site in multiple browsers quickly.

Session Saver
Remember’s what pages you are on in case your browser crashes or closes unexpectedly. Automatically re-opens them all when you re-start firefox.

Hope that helps out as well. Some other cool ones include CSS Viewer and Sage.
