Decaptcher PHP API

I rewrote Decaptcher’s PHP monstrosity yesterday. My version is a single class and doesn’t use three dozen constants. You can find the source below:

Nice work, and thanks for sharing. I looked at their PHP and threw it in the bin. Luckily, in my situation I could use their exe as I’m running on Windows.
